This morning I woke up to it snowing outside, what a pleasant surprise. For some strange reason it's made me feel less guilty about waking up at such hideous hours. I have not adjusted to the sun rising at 11am, so I have been waking up between 12pm-2pm everyday since I arrived in Reykjavik.

Greenpoint, Brooklyn

I'm currently back in Brooklyn, New York for only a couple of days before I head off to Reykjavik, Iceland for 4 weeks. My best friend and I are currently staying in the most amazing apartment in Greenpoint. Today I went and had a coffee from blue bottle on Berry St in Brooklyn, their coffee is incredible! If your are ever in the area you should pop in for one.

Montreal - Aux Vivres

If you ever go to Montreal I highly recommended that you should visit Aux Vivres. It is a vegan restaurant that we visited many times over. I also highly recommend the Mekong Chapati or the Thai bowl.
